Saturday’s football game at Edgeley Park pits together Stockport County and Colchester United, the two teams who are desperate to return to winning ways. Stockport County do not seem to be competitive at this level, with the team losing to both Barrow (2-3) and Stevenage (1-2) at the start of the season, but this game could be the turning point for the newcomers.
Connor Jennings, who scored the winner in the EFL Cup triumph over Harrogate, is pushing for a rare start, while there are no fresh injury worries in the home team. Nowadays, he plays for Colchester United in the League Two. Frank Nouble, who has eight caps with the England U19 team, made his debut with the U’s on August 4, 2018, in a goalless draw with Notts County. He scored his first goal with Colchester United on September 15, 2018, in a 3-0 victory over Cambridge United.
Nouble’s primary position is centre-forward, but he is used as both left and right winger as well. The 190-cm-tall footballer wears the number 45 jersey at Colchester United, and his preferred foot is right.
