Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
PSG will look to build on a 5-0 win over Clermont when they take on Montpellier in their first home game of the season. Les Parisiens rolled over Pascal Gastien’s men in their opener without Kylian Mbappe, who faces race against clock to be fit for Satursday’s clash. Leo Messi impressed in the crushing of Clermont, meaning that the opposition defenders should have the Argentine superstar at bay.
Both Colin Dagba and Julian Draxler remain in the recovery room, while summer signing Nordi Mukiele is pushing for his first PSG start in the Ligue 1. La Paillade, on the other hand, defeated Troyes 3-2 in the opening match of the season, but given their six-game losing run at Parc des Princes, anything but a routine home win would be a major surprise. As for the visiting side, all Stephy Mavididi, Arnaud Nordin, and Sacha Delaye remain in the recovery room.
