Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
West Ham United play host to Silkeborg at London Stadium in the Group B derby. The Hammers have already booked their place in the Conference League knockout stages, and they are one point away from securing first place in the standings. Anyhow, David Moyes is likely to make changes to the team that faced Bournemouth on Monday. Both Aguerd and Paqueta should miss out with injuries, while Cornet and Dawson are major doubts.
The Danes, on the other hand, impressed in a 5-0 crushing of Steaua, and seeing that several West Ham first-team regulars will be rested in Thursday’s encounter, the share of spoils is on the cards. Defender Sonne has joined Pedersen and Dahl in the recovery room. When the two teams met in Denmark last month West Ham defeated Silkeborg 3-2 and yet another high-scoring affair is on the horizon.
