Our prediction for this League 2 match:
After eliminating Barrow in their FA Cup opener thanks to Oliver Hawkins’ goal, Mansfield Town will look to put an end to their three-game winless run in League Two when they take on Bradford City on Tuesday evening. The Yellows experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 5-2 loss to Swindon where midfielder Hiram Boateng was sent off after 58 minutes. Boateng is back from suspension after serving his one-game ban against the Bluebirds, while James Perch is also back to contention.
The Bantams, on the other hand, have drawn each of their last three league fixtures, while suffering elimination to Harrogate in the FA Cup. Bradford will be fully focused on the League Two in days to come, and given their fine away record, we predict that the visitors will grab something from Tuesday’s clash. All Jamie Walker, Liam Ridehalgh, and Emmanuel Osadebe remain in the treatment room, while Andy Cook should replace Lee Angol in the starting XI.
