Our prediction for this Premier League match:
All eyes will be on St. James’ Park when Newcastle United and Manchester United face each other in a highly-anticipated Premier League clash. The Magpies quickly bounced back for a 2-0 loss to Man City, with the team beating both Wolves and Nottingham Forest in the last two league games before the international break, but they face a difficult task against Erik ten Hag’s charges. Keep in mind that influential midfielder Miguel Almiron is sidelined with injury, as well as Emil Krafth, and Harrison Ashby, while Anthony Gordon is a major doubt.
Meanwhile, the Red Devils did well to eliminate Fulham in the FA Cup quarter-finals, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry against Newcastle, who are a real force to be reckoned with at home. The two teams seem to be evenly matched at the moment, and we predict that they are going to share the spoils at St. James’ Park. All Eriksen, Garnacho, and Van de Beek are sidelined with injuries, while Casemiro is banned for the match. Both Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford should recover in time to face the Magpies.
Highlighted Player (Allan Saint-Maximin):
Allan Saint Maximin is a talented winger who was born in Chatenay-Malabry, France on March 12, 1997. Saint-Maximin played for the likes of Verrieres-le-Buisson, US Ris-Orangis, AC Boulogne-Billancourt and Saint-Etienne during his youth career and he continued playing for les Verts at Senior level.
After making 12 appearances in the league for Saint-Etienne senior team, Saint-Maximin moved to Monaco in 2015. However, the French winger made no more than one appearance for les Rouges et Blancs before joining Hannover and Bastia on loan. In the summer of 2017 he signed a contract with Nice for an undisclosed transfer fee.
Allan Saint-Maximim represented France at youth level, but he has yet to make his senior debut for les Tricolores. His main position is right winger, but he is capable of playing as an attacking midfielder as well. He wears No. 7 jersey at Nice and his contract with les Aiglons should expire on June 30, 2020.
Highlighted Team (Manchester United):
Over the years Manchester United have established themselves as one of the greatest clubs in world football. The Red Devils have won three European Cup (Champions League) trophies and they have clinched no less than 20 Premier League titles.
A number of top-class players were part of Manchester United in the past, but, no doubt, the club’s biggest legend is coach Sir Alex Ferguson, who was in charge of the team for 26 years. During Alex Ferguson’s spell at Old Trafford the club won a number of trophies, but the Red Devils have been struggling in all competitions ever since he retired. Louis van Gaal helped Manchester United win the FA Cup trophy in the 2015/2016 season, with Jese Lingard scoring the winner in the 2-1 triumph over Crystal Palace at Wembley Stadium.
The likes of Bobby Charlton, Paul Scholes, Roy Keane, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, George Best and Eric Cantona are the football stars that graced Old Trafford for Manchester United.
