Our prediction for this MLS match:
TQL Stadium will host Sunday’s MLS game between FC Cincinnati and Inter Miami. The hosts aim to build on a hard-fought 1-0 win over Nashville, and a triumph over Inter Miami could see them overtake New England in top position. All Malik Pinto, Isaiah Foster, and Yuya Kubo are out of contention through injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team.
The Herons, on the other hand, made a flying start to the season, but they are on a three-game losing run ahead of the trip to Ohio. Since Cincinnati are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we do not believe that the visitors are capable of grabbing something from the match. Inter Miami’s injury is pretty long, including the likes of Jean Mota, Franco Negri, Gregore, Leonardo Campana, Robbie Robinson, Noah Allen, Edison Azcona, and Ian Fray.
Highlighted Player (Luciano Acosta):
Luciano Acosta is a professional footballer who plays for DC United as an attacking midfielder. Acosta was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina on May 31, 1994 and he started his senior career at his hometown club Boca Juniors. After scoring 2 goals in 25 appearances for the famous Argentine club, the 160-cm tall footballer joined Estudiantes on loan in 2016.
In 2017 he moved to DC United and he has been playing for the MlS club ever since. Luciano Acosta impressed in the 2018 season, with the Argentina international scoring 10 goals, while providing 15 assists for his teammates in the process. Despite producing thrilling showings in the 2018 MLS campaign, he has yet to earn a call-up for the Argentina national football team.
Acosta’s main position is attacking midfielder, but he is capable of playing as both second striker and centre forward as well. He has a contract with DC United which should expire on December 31, 2019 and his preferred foot is right.
Highlighted Team (Inter Miami):
Inter Miami is an American football (soccer) club that has been competing in the Major League Soccer since 2020. The Herons faced Los Angeles FC on their MLS debut, with the team suffering a 1-0 loss at Venue Banc of California Stadium.
Inter Miami recorded their first MLS win on August 23, 2020, with the team beating Orlando City 3-2 during the coronavirus pandemic. The Herons wear white shirts and violet shorts when playing at home, while black is the dominant colour of their away jersey. Inter Miami welcome their rivals at Inter Miami FC Stadium, the venue which can hold no more than 18,000 spectators.
The stadium was opened on July 18, 2020. Former Manchester United and England ace David Beckham shares the ownership of the club with the likes of Marcelo Claure, Jorge and Jose Mas, and Masayoshi Son. Uruguay tactician Diego Alonso is the first head coach in the history of the club.
