There will be fireworks when Chelsea and Brentford go head to head at Stamford Bridge in a small London derby. The Blues were not in action at the weekend, meaning that tired legs should not prove to be a big problem for Frank Lampard’s troops. All Joao Felix, Raheem Sterling, and Mason Mount are pushing for recalls to the starting XI after the trio came off the bench in the Champions League loss to Real Madrid. Both Kalidou Koulibaly and Armando Broja are out of contention with injuries.
The Bees, meanwhile, head into the match following a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa. Brentford extended their winless run to six games, and seeing that Chelsea are desperate to pick up all three points from the match, home win should be considered. All Jansson, Ajer, and Lewis-Potter should miss out through injuries, while Christian Norgaard should recover in time to take part in the local derby.

The 24-year-old has capped at every youth level and won his first cap for the senior team on the 14th of November, 2012. He has since featured 53 times for the Three Lions.
