Our prediction for this Portugal Primeira Liga match:
Gil Vicente and Boavista face each other at Estadio Cidade de Barcelos in the opening match of round 32. Gil Vicente are on a four-game losing run in the national championship, but, as things stand now, they will almost surely secure the Primeira Liga survival. Midfielder Bilel Aouacheria is pushing for a start after getting his name on the scoresheet at the weekend, while goalkeeper Stanislav Kritsyuk remains in the recovery room.
The Black and Whites, on the other hand, aim to build on a hard-fought 1-0 win over Estoril. Boavista, though, are not regarded as good travellers and, taking everything into account, we believe that there is a big value in betting on draw. Masaki Watai is banned for the match, but there are no fresh injury worries in the away team ahead of the trip to Barcelos. In the first half of the season Boavista defeated Gil Vicente 1-0 thanks to Yusupha Njie’s goal.
