A spot in the Champions League final will be at stake when Manchester City and Real Madrid go head to head at Etihad Stadium on Wednesday evening. The Citizens moved one step closer to defending their Premier League trophy thanks to a 3-0 win over Everton and they are seen as favourites to make it to the CL final as well. A man to watch in the home team will be Erling Haaland, who has been scoring goals for fun this season, while both Kevin De Bruyne and Bernardo Silva should be recalled to the starting XI.
Los Blancos, on the other hand, produced a fine display in a 1-1 draw with Man City a week ago, but seeing that Pep Guardiola's troops have turned their Etihad Stadium into a real fortress, we are tempted to put our money on the home side. All Karim Benzema, Rodrygo, and David Alaba missed the 1-0 win over Getafe with injuries, but they should be fit for the Champions League clash. Towering centre-back Eder Militao returns from suspension.

The midfield maestro kept being linked with clubs like Manchester United, Barcelona and Arsenal, but he resisted temptation to leave Borussia Dortmund, winning one Bundesliga trophy with the club and making it to the Champions League final.
Gundogan unfortunately missed the 2014 World Cup finals through injury, but there is still time for the BVB star to make things right and lift a major international trophy with Germany.
