Our prediction for this MLS match:
San Jose Earthquakes and Portland Timbers face each other at PayPal Park in the closing match of Sunday’s program. San Jose aim to build on a 2-1 win over Philadelphia Union and you should know that they recorded four wins in the previous five home games. Defender Nathan Cardoso remains on the sidelines with injury, but he should be the only absentee in the home team.
The Timbers, on the other hand, desperately needed a win against Dallas and they managed to get one, with the team putting an end to their four-match winless run. San Jose and Portland, though, seem to be evenly matched at the moment and we believe that bettors from all around the globe can find value in betting on draw. Poland forward Jaroslaw Niezgoda is pushing for a start, while goalkeeper Aljaz Ivacic is on international duty with the Slovenia national team.
