West Ham
There will be fireworks when Olympiakos and West Ham United lock horns at Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium on Thursday. The Thrylos are eager to record their first win of the process after dropping a two-goal advantage in a 2-2 draw with TSC, but they will have do it without suspended midfielder Andreas Ntoi.
The Hammers, on the other hand, failed to impress in a loss to Aston Villa at the weekend, but the bookies see them as favourites to win the Europa League game. West Ham are more of a team than Olympiakos and even though both Aaron Cresswell and Benjamin Johnson are out of contention with injuries, we are tempted to put our money on the Premier League side. It has to be noted that the Greek side were beaten by Arsenal (1-3) in their last meeting with a Premier League club in the Europa League.

Said Benrahma is an Algeria international who started his club career at Nice. The pacey winger made his Ligue 1 debut during the 2013/2014 season and after scoring 3 goals in 17 appearances for les Aiglons in the French top flight, he moved to the Championship team Brentford in the summer of 2018.
Said Benrahma was born in Ain Temouchent, Algeria on August 10, 1995 and it has to be noted that he played for the likes of Angers, Gazelec Ajaccio and Chateauroux on loan before joining the Griffin Park outfit. The Algerian footballer impressed in the 2018/2019 Championship season, scoring 10 goals and providing 15 assists for his teammates.
His main position is right winger, but he is used as a left winger as well. Speaking of his international career, Said Benrahma made his debut for the Algeria national team on October 13, 2015 in a 1-0 win over Senegal.

Olympiakos are regarded as one of the biggest club in Greece. The Thrylos were founded back in 1925 and they play their home games at Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium in Piraeus. The capacity of the stadium is 33 296. In 2016 Olympiakos won their 43rd Greek Superleague trophy and it has to be noted that they clinched their sixth consecutive domestic title.
However, the club’s biggest success came in 1999 as they participated in the Champions League quarter-finals. The Red and whites were beaten by Juventus in the two-legged tie. It is well known that Panathinaikos are considered the club’s bitterest rivals and the two teams share a great and long-standing rivalry.
The likes of AEK and PAOK are regarded as Olympiakos’ fierce opponents as well.
