Our prediction for this Coppa Italia match:
All eyes will be on Stadio Giuseppe Meazza when Milan and Atalanta square off against each other in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals. The Rossoneri are on a three-game winning run in all competitions and they are likely to stick to their attacking style of play. Both Samuel Chukwueze and Ismael Bennacer are on international duty, while the likes of Fikayo Tomori, Tommaso Pobega, Noah Okafor, Malick Thiaw, Pierre Kalulu, and Marco Sportiello remain in the recovery room.
The Orobici, on the other hand, head into Wednesday’s clash following a 1-1 draw with Roma. Atalanta are on a four-game winless run on the road in the Serie A, which is probably the main reason why we are going to bet on Stefano Pioli’s troops, who proved their worth in a 3-0 win over Empoli at the weekend. As for the visiting side, key forward Ademola Lookman is representing Nigeria at the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations.
