Our prediction for this League 2 match:
After sharing the spoils with Crewe at the weekend, Swindon Town will try to record their first win of the season when they take on Notts County on Saturday afternoon. The Robins have been struggling in front of goal of late, but they are surely capable of matching Notts County on home soil. Rosaire Longelo-Mbule is rated doubtful for the match after limping off with injury against the Railwaymen.
The Magpies, meanwhile, looked sharp offensively in a 4-1 crushing of Grimsby Town and given Swindon’s need for points, both teams to score betting option should be considered. Scott Robertson suffered an injury in the last league fixture, with Jack Hinchy being ready to step up. Veteran David McGtoldrick has a lost his place in the starting XI, but the former Sheffield United striker should play some part in Saturday’s encounter. You should know that both sides managed to find the net in each of their last four meetings in the English fourth tier.
