Buoyed by a 2-0 win over Stevenage, Charlton Athletic will look to give fans yet another reason to celebrate when they take on Peterborough in the League One round 16. The Red Robins are eyeing their fourth consecutive win at home and their fifth clean sheet in a row, but they will have to showcase their worth on the field. With no fresh injury worries to report, manager Nathan Jones is likely to field the same starting eleven that faced the Boro.
The Posh, on the other hand, have been struggling on the travels of late and given their four-game losing run on the road, home win should be considered. It has to be noted that Peterborough have conceded eight goals in total in back-to-back away losses to Lincoln (1-5) and Bristol Rovers (1-3). Jed Steer has overcome his injury, but both Rio Adebisi and Kwame Poku remain on the sidelines for the visiting team.
