Our prediction for this League 2 match:
After surviving MK Dons at Stadium MK, Colchester United will look to give fans yet another reason to celebrate when they face Chesterfield Town on Tuesday evening. The U’s produced a very good display at the weekend, with the team keeping their playoffs hopes alive, but they should not stop now. Forward Owura Edwards is back from suspension, while both Milton Oni and Anthony Scully remain in the recovery room.
The Spireites, on the other hand, are on a three-game losing run in League Two and given Colchester’s promising form, home win should be considered this time out. Midfielder Dylan Duffy is pushing for a start after scoring as a substitute in the last league match, while the likes of Araujo, Daley-Campbell, Dunkley, Gordon, Jones, and McFadzean remain on the sidelines with injuries. Experienced forward Will Grigg is closing in on a return.
