Our prediction for this MLS match:
Following back-to-back draws with Toronto FC and Chicago Fire, DC United will look to record their first win of the season when they face Kansas City on Sunday. The capital club have been scoring goals for fun and they should stick to their attacking style of play against Sporting Kansas City. A man to keep an eye on in the home team will be Christian Benteke, who scored the opener against Chicago, while fellow forward Jacob Murrell is pushing for a start.
The Wizards, on the other hand, are on a four-game losing run in all competitions. Given Sporting Kansas City’s defensive struggles at the start of the season, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the home side. Defender Jansen Miller remains on the sidelines with injury, while Khiry Shelton is a major doubt. Serbia attacker Dejan Joveljic is widely expected to lead the line for the visiting team.
