Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
Brest will be aiming to make amends for back-to-back defeats to Lens and Marseille when they take on Montpellier in the Ligue 1 round 32. Les Pirates have suffered a dip in form, with the team obviously struggling at the back and, as a result, they missed out on a spot in European competitions. Goalkeeper Marco Bizot is back from suspension, but defender Bradley Locko remains in the recovery room.
La Paillade, on the other hand, are low on confidence after failing to secure the Ligue 1 survival. As Montpellier have nothing to play for in Sunday’s clash, Brest will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways. There are no fresh injury worries in the away team, but their injury list remains pretty long, including the likes of Gueguin, Issoufou, Jullien, Maksimovic, Pays, Sagnan, and Tchato.
Highlighted Player (Wahbi Khazri):

After spending his youth career at JS Ajaccio and Bastia, Wahbi Khazri continued playing for les Bleus at senior level. The attacking midfielder, who is capable of playing as a winger as well, netted 31 goals in 171 league games for Bastia and in 2014 he moved to fellow Ligue 1 team Bordeaux. Khazri was producing fine performances with les Girondins from 2014 to 2016 and, as a result, Sunderland chiefs decided to sign him on 30 January, 2016.
The Tunisian international, who was born on 8 February, 1991 in Ajaccio, Corsica, France made one appearances for the France U21 team, but he decided to represent Tunisia senior team on the international stage. Khazri played for Tunisia at the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations, but the Eagles of Carthage failed to make it to the knockout stages of the tournament.
It has to be noted that the Tunisian international scored two goals in 14 appearances for Sunderland in the 2015/2016 Premier League campaign and he certainly helped the Black Cats secure yet another top flight survival.
Highlighted Team (Brest):

Founded in 1950, Brest (Stade Brestois) are a French football club that compete in the Ligue 1. La Team Pirate welcome their opponents at Stade Francis-Le Ble, the venue which was opened back in 1922. The capacity of the stadium is 15,931, but on August 8, 1986 21,619 watched the game between Brest and Olympique Marseille.
The club’s home colours are red and white, with the team wearing black kit when playing on the travels. Brest’s third kit is white. La Team Pirate, who made it to the French Cup on two occasions (1982/83 and 2014/15), have rivalries with fellow clubs from Bretagne: Rennes, Lorient, Nantes, Guingamp and Vannes.
The likes of Bernard Lama Stephane Guivarch, Paul le Guen, David Ginola and Frank Ribbery are the most notable footballers who played for the club. Bayern Munchen legend Frank Ribery scored 3 goals in 35 appearances for Brest in the national championship.
