Deportivo Alaves will look to clinch the La Liga survival when they face already-relegated Real Valladolid at Estadio Jose Zorilla on Sunday. The Basques desperately needed a win against Valencia and they managed to get one thanks to Joan Jordan’s goal from the penalty spot. The former Sevilla midfielder is pushing for a start, while defender Abdel Abqar continues to miss out with injury.
La Pucela, on the other hand, failed to secure the Primera Division survival and given their ten-game losing run in the national championship, there is a big value in betting on the visiting side. Adding to their woes, both Chuki and Parente limped off with injuries in a 1-0 loss to Girona on Tuesday. As a result, both Ivan Sanchez and Tamas Nikitscher are in line for recalls to the starting XI as well as influential forward Mamadou Sylla.
