Buoyed by a thrilling 5-0 win over Al Ain, Juventus will look to book their spot in the FIFA Club World Cup knockout stages when they face Wydad Casablanca at Lincoln Financial Field. The Bianconeri impressed in their Group G opener and they are seen as hot favourites to win Sunday’s clash as well. With no fresh injury worries to report, Igor Tudor is unlikely to make changes to the team that outplayed Al Ain, but all Bremer, Juan Cabal, and Arkadiusz Milik remain in the recovery room.
Amine Benhachem’s troops, on the other hand, failed to upset star-studded Man City in the opening match of their FIFA Club World Cup campaign and given Juventus’ flying start to the showpiece tournament, anything but a routine home win would be a big surprise. Wydad midfielder Cassius Mailula is one yellow card away from suspension after getting booked against Man City.
