Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
High-flying Jagiellonia will be aiming to extend their winning run to six games in all competitions when they welcome Silkeborg to their Chorten Arena on Thursday. Jagiellonia have been scoring goals for fun of late and we are positive that they will adopt yet another attack-minded approach against Silkeborg in the second leg. As boss Adrian Siemieniec has a luxury to field the best possible side for the return leg, home win should be considered.
The Danes, on the other hand, will give their best to overcome a one-goal deficit in the tie with Jagiellonia, but given difficulties on the road in the national championship, we are tempted to place our bets on the home side. Adding to their woes, Silkeborg defender Pedro Ganchas limped off with injury in a 4-2 win over Nordsjaelland at the weekend. Julius Nielsen is widely expected to replace him in the starting XI.
