There will be fireworks when Argentina and Brazil face each other at Estadio del Bicentenario in a highly-anticipated World Cup qualifier. La Albiceleste defeated Uruguay 1-0 thanks to Angel Di Maria’s goal, but despite the triumph Leo Messi and Co. remained in second position in the standings. The PSG superstar should return to the starting XI against Brazil, and, no doubt, all eyes will be on the six-time Golden Ball winner. Paulo Dybala is widely expected to drop to the bench.
The Selecao, on the other hand, aim to cement top position in the standings, but beating Argentina in Buenos Aires is easier said than done. Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro misses the match through suspension, with Fabinho likely to step up. Vinicius Junior could be recalled to the starting XI as well. Anyhow, a close encounter is on the cards at Estadio del Bicentenario, and we are tempted to put our money on draw.

Brazil is the most successful nation in the FIFA World Cup with five championship title to their name. However, Selecao failed to advance past the quarter-finals of the last two tournaments last winning their World Cup in 2002. Their last title was the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup and the star-studded team will be looking to get back to winning ways at this year’s historic Copa America Centenario in the United States.
