Our prediction for this Championship match:
Frontrunners Nottingham Forest will take on mid-table Brentford at The City Ground in what promises to be an enthralling championship encounter this Saturday. After their opening day blushes, Nottingham has looked excellent. The Reds are on a nine-game unbeaten run winning five and drawing four in the process. They currently sit 4th on the table. Brentford, meanwhile, has found little success in putting together a consistent string of performances this season and is rightly mid-table, sitting on 15th.
Historically, its Brentford who has dominated the fixture. The bees have won eight of the previous 15 matches played amongst the teams to Nottingham's five. Forest, however, won the most recent fixture 2-1.
Verdict: Despite their head to head dominance, we do not believe that The Bees have enough in their locker to overturn a strong Nottingham side at home. Additionally, this fixture has given many goals, and you can expect some more this Saturday.

Highlighted Player (Sammy Ameobi):

Sammy Ameobi is the younger brother of a famoust Newcastle United player Shola. Sammy is a product of Newcastle United football academy as well and he scored two goals in 56 appearances for the first team. The pacey attacker played for the likes of Middlesbrough, Cardiff City and Bolton Wanderers on loan in the past before signing a permanent deal with the Trotters on July 14, 2017.
Sammy Ameobi was born in Newcastle upon Tyne on May 1, 1992, but he has two caps for Nigeria U20 team. The left-footed footballer played for the England U21 team as well, but he has yet to make his senior debut for the Three Lions. Ameobi’s main position is centre-forward, but he is capable of playing as a winger as well.
Sammy Ameobi made his Bolton debut on September 3, 2016 against Southend and it has to be noted that he scored two goals in 20 appearances for the club in the 2016/2017 League One campaign. At the end of the season Bolton were promoted to the Championship.
Highlighted Team (Brentford):

Based in London, Brentford compete in the Championship and they were founded in 1898. Griffin Park has been the home ground of the club since 1904 and the capacity of the venue is 12,300.
The Bees have yet to play in the Premier League and it has to be noted that they made it to the FA Cup sixth round on four occasions (1937/1938, 1945/1946,1948/1949, 1988/1989). Brentford played in the League Cup round 4 in the 1982/1983 and 2010/2011 season and that is the club’s biggest success in the competition.
Brentford’s main rivals are Fulham and Queens Park Rangers and they take on each other in the West London Derby. The rivalry with the Cottagers is probably the biggest and you should bear in mind that the clashes between the two teams have their history of crowd violence. The colour of Brentford’s shirts is red and white and they wear black shorts.
