Our prediction for this Coupe de la Ligue match:
A spot in the Coupe de la Ligue semis will be at stake when Reims and Strasbourg take on each other at Stade Auguste-Delaune II on Tuesday evening. Reims booked their place in the quarter-finals by beating Bourg-en-Bresse and Montpellier, and they are surely capable of matching Strasbourg in front of home fans. You should bear in mind that David Guion’s troops are undefeated in the previous six home games in the French elite division.
Le Racing, on the other hand, are on a five-game winning run in all competitions ahead of the trip to Reims, but beating les Rouges et Blancs on the road is easier said than done. A close encounter is on the horizon at Stade Auguste-Delaune II, and we predict that the two teams are going to share the spoils in 90 minutes in the Coupe de la Ligue quarter-finals.
