Our prediction for this Serie B match:
All eyes will be on Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris when Sampdoria and Palermo lock horns in a highly-anticipated Serie B game. La Samp do not seem to be at their sharpest, with the team failing to win the previous three league matches and, no doubt, they are desperate to give fans something to cheer about. Even though there are no fresh injury worries in the home, defender Bartosz Bereszynski should sneak into the starting XI.
The Sicilians, on the other hand, aim to build on back-to-back wins over Cosenza and Brescia. As Sampdoria are likely to go for a win in Saturday’s clash, we predict that Palermo will have a number of opportunity to score on the break. Bear in mind, though, that defender Pietro Ceccaroni is banned for the visiting team. Forward Matteo Brunori, though, returns to contention after serving his one-game ban against le Rondinelle.
