Montpellier will be looking to record their first league win since December 12, 2020 when they welcome Dijon at their Stade de la Mosson on Matchday 24. La Paillade came from behind to share the spoils with Metz in their last league match, but they once again struggled at the back. Montpellier conceded ten goals in total in the previous four league fixtures, and, no doubt, they are eager to get back on course in the French top flight.
The Owls, on the other hand, suffered a 1-0 loss to Lyon on Wednesday evening, with the team extending their losing run in the Ligue 1 to three games. Since Dijon suffered yet another dip in form, La Paillade will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways in the French top flight. In their last meeting at Stade de la Mosson Montepellier recorded a 2-1 win over Dijon.

Born in Montpellier on December 22, 1991, Teji Savanier is a French footballer who plays for Nimes in the Ligue 1 as a midfielder. Savanier began his senior career at Arles-Avignon and it has to be noted that he played for the club from 2011 to 2015.
Ahead of the start of the 2015/2016 Ligue 2 campaign, Teji Savanier joined Nimes and he has been playing for the club ever since. The 171-cm tall midfielder has established himself as a first-team regular at Nimes and he successfully plays for the club in the French top flight. Savanier’s main position is central midfield, but he is used as an attacking midfielder as well. His preferred foot is right.
Despite producing fine performances for Nimes in all competitions, Teji Savanier has yet to receive a call-up for the French national football team. His contract with Nimes should expire on June 27, 2018.

Founded in 1998, Dijon is a result of a merger between two local clubs. The Mustards played their first ever match in the Ligue 1 on August 7, 2011, with the team suffering a heavy 5-1 loss on their debut in the French top flight. After suffering relegation to Ligue 2 at the end of the 2011/2012 season, the club returned to the French elite division in 2016.
The Mustards finished the 2016/2017 Ligue 1 campaign in 16th place in the standings, only one point clear of the relegation zone.
