Our prediction for this Bundesliga 2 match:
Paderborn and Bochum face each other in a highly-anticipated game at Benteler Arena. Paderborn have been having their ups and downs of late, with the team beating St. Pauli, losing to Nurnberg, while sharing the spoils with Karlsruher. Steffen Baumgart’s troops failed to win the previous three home games in the 2. Bundesliga, and it is no wonder the odds for away win have been dropping.
Bochum, on the other hand, head into the match following back-to-back wins over Fortuna Dusseldorf (3-0) and Holstein Kiel (2-1). Thomas Reis’ men are eager to retain top position in the standings, and seeing that Paderborn are safe for now, we believe that punters from all around the globe can find value in betting on the promotion-chasing side. A man to keep an eye on in the away team will be Simon Zoller, who has been scoring goals for fun of late.
Highlighted Player (Christopher Antwi-Adjei):
Christopher Antwi-Adjei is a German midfielder of Ghanaian descent who plays for SC Paderborn as a midfielder. Antwi-Adjei started his youth career at Hasper SV and in 2009 he was spotted by MSV Duisburg scouts. The 171-cm-tall midfielder played for die Zebras before joining Eintracht Dortmund in 2011.
One year later Antwi-Adjei moved to Westfalia Herne and he continued playing for the club at senior level. In 2014 he signed a contract with TSG Sprockhovel and after scoring 24 goals in 89 appearances for the club he moved to SC Paderborn in 2017.
Over the years he has established himself as a first-team regular at the Benteler-Arena outfit, scoring 10 goals and providing 3 assists for his teammates in the 2018/2019 2. Bundesliga season. His main position is left midfield, but he is used a second striker as well. His preferred foot is right and his contract with SC Paderborn expires on June 30, 2021.
