There will be fireworks when Getafe and Atletico Madrid face each other at Coliseum Alfonso Perez in the local derby. Los Azulones made a slow start to the season, with the team losing each of their first five games of the season. Getafe are low on confidence ahead of the Madrid derby, and it should come as no surprise the bookies see them as underdogs in Tuesday’s La Liga game. Midfielder Jakub Jankto, who suffered a serious injury in the 3-0 loss to Rayo Vallecano, is unlikely to feature against Atletico Madrid.
Los Rojiblancos, on the other hand, failed to impress in a goalless draw with Athletic Club. Portugal attacker Joao Felix misses the midweek game through suspension, but given Getafe’s dreadful form, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the title holders. Both Carrasco and Luis Suarez are likely to return to the starting XI.

Djene proved to be an instant hit with the Azulones and is hoping a move to one of Europe’s biggest clubs will not be too far away for him. The likes of Arsenal and Tottenham have been sniffing around him during the summer transfer window in 2018 but were ultimately scared off by his £31 million release clause.
