Our prediction for this Netherlands Eredivisie match:
Following a hard-fought 2-1 win at Go Ahead Eagles, PSV will be aiming to put an extra pressure on league leaders Ajax when they take on Willem II at Konig Willem II Stadion. PSV quickly bounced back from an embarrassing 4-0 loss to Feyenoord, and, no doubt, the midweek triumph gave them a confidence boost. Keep in mind, though, that Roger Schmidt has some selection worries ahead of the trip to Tilburg.
All Gotze, Kreekels, Ledezma, and Sambo are sidelined with injuries, while the likes of Fofana, Seelt, Sangare, and Delanghe are rated doubtful for the match. Willem II, on the other hand, made a promising start to the season, and seeing that they record four wins in the previous five league fixtures, we predict that the underdogs are going to grab something from Saturday’s clash. Teenage midfielder Wesley Spieringhs should be the only absentee in the home team.
