Huddersfield Town will look to build on a 2-1 win over Fulham when they take on Cardiff City on Matchday 34. The Terriers did well to shock the league leaders at the weekend, with the team retaining their spot in top six. Huddersfield aim to give fans yet another reason for celebration, and the bookies see them as favourites to win the midweek clash.
All Ripa, Aarons, Colwill, Anjorin, and Vallejo are out of contention with injuries, but key players should be fit for the match. The Bluebirds, on the other hand, are 15 points clear of the relegation zone, meaning that they have little to play for in the season finale. Given Huddersfield’s display in the triumph at Craven Cottage, home win should definitely be considered. Both Curtis Nelson and Sean Morrison are injured for the visiting side.

Daniel Ward is a goalkeeper who was born on 22 June, 1993 in Wrexham, Wales. The 191-cm-tall shoot-stopper is a product of Wrexham Academy, but he did not make his senior debut for the club. After spending the 2010/2011 season at Tamworth, Danny Ward returned to Wrexham and on 30 January, 2012 he joined Liverpool for a fee of £100,000.
He made just two league appearances for the Anfield outfit and in 2015 he signed a loan deal with Morecambe. On 23 June he signed a new five-year deal with Liverpool, but he was soon sent on loan to Aberdeen. He played 21 games for the Scottish outfit and on 11 July, 2016 he signed a season-long deal with Championship team Huddersfield Town.
Danny Ward has 4 caps for Wales U21 team and he made his senior debut for the Dragons in a friendly against Northern Ireland on 24 March, 2016. Ward represented his homeland at the 2016 European Championship finals in France as he started the game against Slovakia.
