Our prediction for this Championship match:
Weston Homes Stadium will host Friday’s football game between Peterborough United and Blackburn Rovers, the two teams who sit in the opposite halves of the table. The Posh aim to keep their survival hopes alive, but they will have a big fish to fry on Matchday 42. Joe Ward misses out through suspension, while all Steven Benda, Joel Randall, Oliver Norburn, and Dan Butler are likely to miss the game with injuries.
The Riversiders, on the other hand, aim to climb to the playoffs berth. Since Blackburn will not have a better chance than this to get back on course, away win should be considered. Fit-again top scorer Ben Brereton will be the man to keep an eye on in the away side, while both Reda Khadra and Ian Poveda should miss out through injuries.

Born in Waunarlwydd, Wales on March 28, 1991, David Cornell is a goalkeeper who plays for Northampton Town in the League Two. The 180-cm tall shot-stopper is a product of the Swansea City football school, but he did not make any appearances for the Swans at senior level.
Cornell played for the likes of Port Talbot Town, Hereford United, St. Mirren, and Portsmouth on loan before signing a permanent contract with Oldham Athletic in the 2015/2016 season. In the summer of 2016, he joined Northampton Town on a two-year deal.
Speaking of his international career, David Cornell has three caps with the Wales U21 team, but he has yet to earn a call-up for the senior team. The Northampton Town goalkeeper wears the number 1 jersey, and his preferred foot is right. He has a contract with the Cobblers until June 30, 2020.
