Angers
Clermont play host to Angers at their Stade Gabriel Montpied on day 34 of the current Ligue 1 campaign. The newcomers did well to beat Troyes on Wednesday, with the team escaping the relegation zone, but they can’t afford any complacency in the season finale. Alidu Seidu misses out through suspension, while Johan Gastien is back after serving his one-game ban in midweek. All Hamel, Rashani, Houtondji, and Berthomier are likely to miss the game with injuries.

Despite playing as a defender, the French footballer often finds the net and he scored his first goal for Angers on September 27, 2013 in a 1-1 draw with Tours. The centre-back, whose preferred foot is right, was born in Landerneau, France on June 12, 1988. Romain Thomas’ contract with les Scoistes expires on June 30, 2019.
