Manchester City begin their title defence with a match against West Ham United at London Stadium. Gabriel Jesus, Raheem Sterling, and Oleksandr Zinchenko are no longer parts of the team, but the club chiefs did well to sign Norway superstar Erling Haaland in the summer transfer window. Kalvin Phillips is likely to make his official Man City debut against the Hammers as well, while Aymeric Laporte remains on the sidelines with injury.
The capital club, on the other hand, continue to rely on Michail Antonio, with Gianluca Scamacca, Nayef Aguerd, and Flynn Downes joining the squad in the summer. Said Benrahma was born in Ain Temouchent, Algeria on August 10, 1995 and it has to be noted that he played for the likes of Angers, Gazelec Ajaccio and Chateauroux on loan before joining the Griffin Park outfit. The Algerian footballer impressed in the 2018/2019 Championship season, scoring 10 goals and providing 15 assists for his teammates.
His main position is right winger, but he is used as a left winger as well. Speaking of his international career, Said Benrahma made his debut for the Algeria national team on October 13, 2015 in a 1-0 win over Senegal.
