Tenerife and Real Oviedo, the two old rivals, face each other at Estadio Heliodoro Rodriguez Lopez in the closing match of the La Liga 2 round 1. Los Insulares did remarkably well to beat Villarreal B in their last friendly game, which is surely giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the visit of Oviedo. There are no fresh injury worries in the home team, while new signing Angel Rodriguez is likely to make his Tenerife debut.
The visitors, on the other hand, will rely on experienced attacker Borja Baston and given their attacking potential, both teams to score betting option should be considered. Los Insulares established them as the elite division club in the 1990s, but in 1999 the team suffer relegation to La Liga 2.
