Swindon Town will look to make amends for back-to-back defeats to Notts County and Bradford City when they take on Newport County on Saturday afternoon. The Robins have been flying low of late, with the team losing to both Notts County and Bradford City in the League Two, while suffering a heavy 5-0 defeat to Reading in the EFL Trophy. Even though there are no fresh injury concerns in the home team, we are not tempted to bet on the out-of-form hosts this time out.
The Exiles, meanwhile, aim to recover from a 2-1 loss to Harrogate, but given their poor away record in the 2023/2024 League Two season, we do not believe that they are going to grab more than one point from the match. James Clark made his League Two debut with Walsall on August 3, 2019 in a 1-0 win over Northampton Town.
He scored his first goal for the Saddlers in the Northampton Town clash as well, helping the team pick up all three points from the PTS Academy Stadium clash.
