Mansfield
Salford play host to Mansfield at their Peninsula Stadium in what is expected to be an interesting League Two encounter. The Lions are undefeated in the previous three league matches, but they need to start winning on a regular basis if they are to, at least, book their spot in the playoffs. There are no fresh injury worries in the home team, but centre-forward Matt Smith should be recalled to the starting XI after the 34-year-old was rested in the FA Cup draw with Peterborough.
The Yellows, on the other hand, are on a three-game losing run in all competitions and given Salford’s fine unbeaten run, we predict that the visitors will return home empty-handed. Ollie Clarke limped off with injury in the FA Cup loss to Wrexham, with George Maris likely to step up. In their last meeting in the League Two Salford crushed Mansfield 5-2, which is yet another reason why home win should be considered.

Conor McAleny played for the likes of Scunthorpe United, Brentford, Cardiff City, Charlton Athletic, Wigan Athletic and Oxford United before signing a deal with Fleetwood Town.
The right-footed striker spent the second half of the 2018/2019 season on loan at Kilmarnock, scoring 3 goals in 11 appearances for the club in the Scottish Premier League.
