Westerlo vs Charleroi PREDICTION & BETTING TIPS - 01/03/2024

Westerlo and Charleroi take on each other at Het Kuipje in the Jupiler League round 28 opener. Westerlo aim to recover from a 1-0 loss to St. Truiden and the fact that they defeated Standard Liege in their last home game is giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the visit of Charleroi. Both Romeo Vermant and Lucas Stassin are out of contention with injuries, while fellow midfielder Ilias El Hari is rated doubtful for the match.

The Black and Whites, on the other hand, have been struggling in front of goal of late, with the team collecting only one point in total from the last four league matches. Charleroi are not considered good travellers and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Westerlo’s party at Het Kuipje.
