Our prediction for this Champions League match:
All eyes will be on Parc des Princes when Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona square off against each other in the Champions League quarter-finals, first leg. Les Parisiens are on the right track to defend their Bundesliga trophy, but they have big ambitions for the Champions League playoffs as well. All Marquinhos, Kang-In Lee, and Kylian Mbappe return to the starting XI after the quartet came off the bench in a 1-1 draw with Clermont at the weekend, while Achraf Hakimi misses out through suspension.
Barca, meanwhile, set up a meeting with PSG by beating Napoli in the double-header. The Catalan giants aim to give fans yet another reason to celebrate, but seeing that PSG are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we are tempted to place our bets on Luis Enrique’s charges. All Gavi, Alejandro Balde, and Andreas Christensen are sidelined with injuries, while Pedri faces race against the clock to be fit for Wednesday’s clash.
