Our prediction for this Premier League match:
There will be fireworks when Leicester City and Tottenham lock horns at King Power Stadium in the closing match of the Premier League round 1. The newcomers are eager to impress on their return to the English top flight, but they will have a big fish to fry against Spurs. Veteran Jamie Vardy is still part of the team, while new signings Caleb Okoli (centre-back) and Issahaku Fatawu (right winger) should make their Premier League debuts in Monday’s clash.
The capital club, on the other hand, suffered a 3-2 loss to Bayern Munich in their last warm-up game. Tottenham chiefs, though, did well to sign Bournemouth top scorer Dominic Solanke earlier this summer, which is probably the main reason why away win should be considered. Right-back Emerson Royal has joined Serie A side AC Milan for a fee of €15.00m, while defensive midfielder Pierre-Emile Højbjerg has signed a loan deal with Olympique Marseille.
