Following a slim 1-1 draw with Leicester City, Tottenham Hotspur will look to return to winning ways when they take on Everton in the Premier League round 2. Spurs are determined to record their first win of the season and there is every chance Ange Postecoglu will make changes to the starting XI that faced the Foxes. Swedish rising star Lucas Bergvall is pushing for his first start, while Pedro Porro should overcome his minor injury. Brazil striker Richarlison is pushing for a start as well.
The Toffees, meanwhile, experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 3-0 loss to Brighton, which is probably the main reason why we are going to bet on the home side. In their last meeting in London Tottenham defeated Everton 2-1 and we predict that history is going to repeat itself. Everton’s injury list is pretty long, including the likes of Branthwaite, Coleman, Garner, Chermiti, and Patterson. Ashley Young is banned for the match.

French international midfielder Abdoulaye Doucour is a bundle of raw energy and a player who was voted Watford’s Player of the Season during the 2017/18 campaign. The total of 38 matches played along with 8 goals scored made Doucoure one of the most sought-after assets in the summer of 2018 but the player remained at Vicarage Road despite reported interest from Tottenham Hotspur.
