New York City will look to bounce back from a massive 5-1 loss to Philadelphia Union when they take on Inter Miami on Saturday evening. The Blue Pigeons have been struggling at the back of late, which is probably the main reason why home win should not be considered. Veteran midfielder Maxi Moralez is widely expected to return to the starting XI, while defender Strahinja Tanasijevic serves a one-game ban.
The Herons, on the other hand, have been scoring goals for fun ever since Leo Messi returned form injury. Given New York City’s shaky defence, we predict that Messi and Co. are going to pick up all three points from the match. The Argentina superstar returns to the starting XI as well as former Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets, who served a one-game ban in a 2-2 draw with Atlanta United. Ecuador forward Leonardo Campana is banned for the match.
