Manchester City will look to bounce back from a 2-1 loss to Aston Villa when they take on Everton in the Premier League round 18. Man City have slim title chances and their new goal is to secure a stop in the Champions League. Even though Pep Guardiola has no fresh injury worries, the likes of Savinho, Jeremy Doku, and Kyle Walker should be recalled to the starting XI.
The Cottagers, on the other hand, did well to hold both Arsenal and Chelsea to a draw in the last two league matches, but preventing Man City forwards from scoring at Etihad Stadium is easier said than done. Watford bought Doucoure in 2016 but sent him on loan to Granada, where he took part in 15 league matches. Determined to prove his worth in the Premier League, the Frenchman of Mali descent wasted no time in grabbing a starting spot under both Marco Silva and Javi Garcia, respectively, upon his return from Spain.
The total of 38 matches played along with 8 goals scored made Doucoure one of the most sought-after assets in the summer of 2018 but the player remained at Vicarage Road despite reported interest from Tottenham Hotspur.
