Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Mainz will be aiming to extend their winning run to five games when they take on Freiburg in the Bundesliga round 26. Die Nullfunfer have been in a splendid form of late and they must be high on confidence following a 3-1 win over Borussia M’gladbach. Stefan Bell remains on the sidelines with injury, while Danny da Costa faces race against the clock to be fit for Saturday’s clash.
Julian Schuster’s troops, on the other hand, played out a goalless draw with Leipzig at the weekend, but preventing Mainz from finding the net at Mewa Arena is easier said than done. Taking everything into account, we predict that one goal is going to separate the two teams in Saturday’s encounter. All Manuel Gulde, Florent Muslija, Daniel-Kofi Kyereh, and Robert Wagner continue to miss out with injuries for the visiting team.
