Our prediction for this Europa League match:
Olympique Lyon play host to FCSB at their Stade Olympique Lyonnais in the Europa League last 16, return leg. Les Gones proved their worth in the first leg by beating FCSB 3-1 in Bucharest and they now aim to defend their two-goal lead in front of home fans. Duo Cherki – Nuamah is in line for a recall to the starting XI after scoring as substitutes in a 2-0 win over Nice, while there are no fresh injury worries in the home team.
The Romans, on the other hand, aim to build on a hard-fought 1-0 win over Universitatea Craiova, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry against Lyon. As FCSB have no other option but to go all guns blazing at les Gones, we predict that the Ligue 1 outfit are going to seal the victory on the break. The good news for the visiting team is that experienced midfielder Valentin Cretu is back from suspension.
