Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Following back-to-back losses to Athletic Bilbao and Valencia, Las Palmas will look to keep their survival hopes alive when they welcome Rayo Vallecano to their Estadio de Gran Canaria. La Union Deportiva have suffered yet another dip in form, but it seems as if their performances are much better than the results. The likes of Scott McKenna and Fabio Silva have been struggling with injuries of late, while Kirian Rodriguez remains on the sidelines with heart problems.
Los Vallecanos, on the other hand, did well to win the local derby against Getafe thanks to Florian Lejeune’s early goal. The capital club aim to give fans yet another reason to celebrate, but with Las Palmas wanting this win more than the visitors, we are tempted to bet on the home side. Midfielder Pathe Ciss is banned for the visiting side, with Oscar Valentin likely to step up.
