Our prediction for this Coppa Italia match:
Stadio Olimpico will be the centre of attention when Milan and Bologna lock horns in the Coppa Italia final. The Rossoneri defeated the Rossoblu 3-1 in the Serie A at the weekend and, no doubt, Paulo Fonseca’s troops aim to repeat the success. January signing Santiago Gimenez is widely expected to return to the starting XI after scoring a brace as a substitute against Bologna, while defender Fikayo Tomori faces race against the clock to be fit for Wednesday’s showdown.
Bologna, meanwhile, are determined to book their place in the Champions League, but they want to go all the way in the Italian Cup as well. Anyhow, Milan want this win more than Bologna and we predict that the visitors are going to return home empty-handed. Jens Odgaard is expected to return to the starting lineup after sitting out the clash at San Siro, while Martin Erlic remains highly doubtful due to injury.
