Our prediction for this League 1 match:
Peterborough United will be looking to extend their winning run in the League One to three games when they host Accrington Stanley at their Weston Homes Stadium on Matchday 15. The Posh have been scoring goals for fun in the league of late and it is more than obvious that they are determined to secure automatic promotion to the Championship.
Peterborough United are eyeing their fifth consecutive win at home in the League One and they are likely to pick up all three points from the midweek fixture. Accrington Stanley recorded only one win in previous eight league matches and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Peterborough United’s party Weston Homes Stadium. In their last meeting in the English second tier Peterborough United recorded a 4-0 win over Accrington Stanley and we believe that the history is going to repeat itself.
