Our prediction for this League 2 match:
Stevenage and Scunthorpe square off against each other at Broadhall Way in what is expected to be a close League Two match. The Boro have been playing below expectations in the first half of the season, but, no doubt, a win over Cambridge United gave them a confidence boost. Stevenage aim to give fans yet another reason for celebration, and we are positive that they will go for a win in Saturday’s clash.
The Iron, on the other hand, quickly made amends for a 3-2 loss to Mansfield, with the team beating Walsall on the road in their last league match. Scunthorpe, though, were more than fortunate to beat the Saddlers in the midweek clash, which is probably the main reason why we are tempted to put our money on the Boro. In their last meeting at Broadhall Way Stevenage defeated Scunthorpe thanks to Greg Tansey’s goal.
Highlighted Player (Scott Cuthbert ):

Born in Alexandria, Scotland on June 15, 1987, Scott Cuthbert is a defender who plays for Stevenage in the League Two. Cuthbert is a product of the Celtic football academy, but he did not see any game action with the Hoops in the Scottish Premiership.
After ending his loan spells with Livingston and St. Mirren, the Scottish footballer joined Swindon Town in 2009 where he quickly established himself as a first-team regular. After scoring five goals in 80 appearances for the club, Scott Cuthbert moved to Leyton Orient before the start of the 2011/12 season.
After almost a five-year spell with the Brisbane Road outfit, the right-footed defender joined Stevenage in the summer of 2018, and he has been playing for the Posh ever since. He made his Stevenage debut in a 2-2 draw with Tranmere Rovers in the 2018/19 season opener. At the end of the campaign the Scottish footballer was named the club’s Player of the Year.
Highlighted Team (Scunthorpe):

Founded back in 1899, Scunthorpe United are a professional football club that compete in League Two. The Iron wear sky blue and claret jerseys and claret shorts when playing on home soil, while green is the dominant colour of their away kit.
Scunthorpe United welcome their rivals at the Sands Venue Stadium, which can hold up to 9,088 people. The Iron recorded their biggest triumph (8-1) against Luton Town on April 24, 1965, with the team repeating the success 30 years later when they hammered Torquey United 8-1 in the New Division 3. As for the club’s biggest loss, the Iron were crushed by Carlisle United 8-0 on November 25, 1952.
Grimsby Town are seen as the club’s fiercest rivals, but they maintain rivalries with local clubs Hull City, Doncaster Rovers, and Lincoln City as well. Jack Brownsword (1947-65) holds the record for most appearances in Scunthorpe United shirt (783).
