Our prediction for this Portugal Primeira Liga match:
Sparkles will be flying when Porto and Benfica lock horns at Estadio do Dragao in the Primeira Liga derby. The Dragons came from behind to beat Estoril 2-1 in their last league match, with the team keeping their title hopes alive, but they face yet another must-win situation against their bitter rivals. Bearing any fresh injury worries, Martin Anselmi is unlikely to make changes to the team that defeated Estoril at the weekend.
The Eagles, on the other hand, aim to build on a 3-2 win over Farense. Benfica have been scoring goals for fun of late and given Porto’s need for points, we are tempted to place our bets on both teams to score. Earlier this season, Benfica recorded a thrilling 4-1 win over Porto at Estadio da Luz. The likes of Manu, Alexander Bah, and Tiago Gouveia should miss out with injuries for the visiting team.
Highlighted Player (Angel di Maria):

Angel Di Maria is a professional footballer who played for Argentine side Rosario Central at the start of his senior career. The left-footed winger is very quick on the ball and he often makes life difficult for opposition defenders. After playing for Benfica between 2007 and 2010, the Argentine superstar signed for Real Madrid on 28 June, 2010 for a fee of €25 million + €11 million in bonuses.
Despite impressing with los Blancos in the 2013/2014 La Liga campaign, the club chiefs decided to sell him to Manchester United on 26 August, 2014. Di Maria was playing below expectations at Old Trafford and he scored three goals in 27 league games for the Red Devils.
In 2015 he moved to Paris Saint-Germain and he scored 10 goals in 29 league appearances for les Parisiens in the 2015/2016 Ligue 1 campaign. In 2014 he won the Champions League trophy with Real Madrid and that is considered the biggest success of his career. Angel Di Maria was born in Rosario on 14 February, 1988.
Highlighted Team (Porto):

Futebol Clube do Porto are one of Portugal’s biggest football clubs playing their matches in front of 50,000 people at their Estadio do Dragao. Porto form biggest rivalries with two other Big Three clubs in Portugal and regular league title contenders – Benfica and Sporting CP. Rivalries between the clubs stem from the historical, political, economical and cultural discrepancies between the cities of Porto and Lisbon. The Dragons, as they are commonly known in Portugal, are the second most successful Portuguese team with a total of 74 trophies to their name.
Porto hold a record of five consecutive league titles which are part of the total tally of 27 Primeira Liga trophies. FC Porto’s success extends to the international scene as well with seven European titles. Two-time European champions from 1987 and 2004, Porto also won two UEFA Cup/Europa League titles, the UEFA Super Cup and the International Cup on two occasions. Together with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester United, Porto have the most appearances in the UEFA Champions League group stage – the total of 20.
