Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Sunday’s football game between Wolfsburg and Leipzig will bring down the curtain on day 3 of the new Bundesliga campaign. The Wolves aim to keep their 100% record in the 2021/22 season intact, but they will have a mountain to climb on Matchday 3. Fit-again attacker Lukas Nmecha is pushing for a start after finding the net in the 2-1 win over Hertha, while all Aster Vranckx, Paulo Otavio, William, and Bartosz Bialek are sidelined with injuries.
The Red Bulls, on the other hand, quickly bounced back from a shocking loss to Mainz, with the team rolling over Stuttgart 4-0 in front of home fans at the weekend. Even though key player Dani Olmo is rated doubtful for the game, we are positive that the visitors will find the net in Sunday’s derby. Taking everything into account, there is a big value in betting on both teams to score. Important left-back Angelino remains in the treatment room.
Highlighted Player (Kevin Mbabu):
Born in Chene-Bougeries, Switzerland on April 19, 1995, Kevin Mbabu is a defender who plays for Young Boys. Mbabu started his youth career at Servette and he continued playing for les Grenats at senior level. However, it has to be noted that he made no more than one appearance for Servette in the league during the 2012/2013 season.
Kevin Mbabu then joined Premier League side Newcastle United and after spending two seasons on loan at Rangers and Young Boys, he signed a permanent deal with the Stade de Suisse outfit in 2017. His main position right back, but he is used as both centre and left back as well.
Mbabu is eligible to play for Switzerland, DR Congo and France due to his mixed descent, but he decided to represent the Rossocrociati at senior level. Mbabu made his Switzerland debut in September, 2018 in a 6-0 win over Iceland. His contract with Young Boys should expire in June, 2020.

Leipzig are a professional football club founded in 2009. Die Bullen (The Bulls) were unbeaten in the 2012/2013 Regionalliga Nordost and, as a result, they secured promotion to the 3. Liga. After finishing the 2013/2014 as 3rd. Liga campaign in second place in the standings, Leipzig were promoted to the 2. Bundesliga and they competed in the German second tier for two seasons.
Despite suffering a loss to Karlsruher on the last day of the 2015/2016 round in the 2. Bundesliga campaign, die Bullen secured promotion to the Bundesliga for the first time ever. Leipzig play their home games at Red Bull Arena (42,959) and it has to be noted that the stadium was opened in 1954.
Die Bullen wear white shirts and red shorts while their away kit is blue and yellow. Ralph Hasenhuttl was appointed as the team’s manager at the end of the 2015/2016 season and you should know that the likes of Ralf Rangnick, Achim Beierlorzer, Alexander Zorniger, Peter Pacult, Tomas Oral and Tino Vogel were in charge of the team in the past as well.
