Estadio de Mestalla will be packed when Valencia and Celta Vigo go head to head in the Copa del Rey last 16 on Wednesday evening. Los Che are brimming with confidence following a thrilling 4-1 win over Cadiz and it is no wonder the odds for home win have been dropping. Both Javi Guerra and Jesus Vazquez are pushing for recalls after the duo got their names on the scoresheet at the weekend, while both Selim Amallah and Mouctar Diakhaby are on international duty. Andre Almeida and Roman Yaremchuk are both sidelined with injuries.
Os Celeste, on the other hand, head into the match following a 1-1 draw with Mallorca. The Galicians are not regarded as good travellers and given Valencia’s four-game winning run in all competitions, we predict that the hosts will advance to the Copa del Rey quarter-finals.
